“Get up it morning” favour said removing the blanket from my body, “pls let me sleep a little, it not quite long when I slept nah”, I pleaded to her, “will you get up now or I get you up”, she fired at me, “ok” I retorted getting up….
“Morning” I manage to say “morning” she replied back in a friendly tone, “I don’t mean to be harsh, but I think you should start getting used to getting up early” she said ending her statement with a friendly grin. “Ok, I will try” I said dashing into the bathroom…….. After two hours I was good to go…
“Let take a walk around the school campus” I said to favour “no problem” she replied happily, after eating we set out……………
“Good morning Mary” a girl walked up to us and said, “Morning beauty” I said. Beauty is a friend of mine and favour also, though we fight countless of time, she was once our roommate at 100L, but she packed out for us at 100L 3rd semester, she study computer science, and Gosh she is damn beautiful just like her name “BEAUTY” but still am still her “QUEEN, GODESS OF BEAUTY”, how was your holiday, beauty asked, “it was amazing and splendid” I replied her, “where are you going now” I asked her, “to my room she replied”, “ok see you later” I bade her goodbye and we went our separate way…………….

“Guy I don’t think you are in your right senses again, I know you don’t like girls but this one I don’t understand again” Henry said to Desmond. Desmond and henry are course-mate and also roommate they both study computer science, they are in 200L.
“Henry see, I don’t know what happen, last semester I saw her in the library, but she disappeared when I try to get a clear view of her, since then I didn’t see her not until yester night, I saw her again but I was astonish to approach her”, desmond said with a serious expression, “guy, you dull yourself, you don’t know maybe it on her wedding day you will see her again” henry said in a jovial manner, “no tell me that one ooo wedding kee, if it takes me to turn the school upside down in search of her I will do it”, desmond said with full determination, “as if you can approach her when you see her” henry said mockingly, which ignite anger in desmond, “and I will show you what I can do” desmond said angrily walking out of the garden leaving Henry alone. “Wait” henry called but Desmond paid deaf ear. “I know what to do” Desmond said to himself, walking back to his hostel………

Roland is a big guy in the campus, many girls flex around him, and he is also the SUG president. Paul is his right-hander, “Paul, I just detect a fresh chick, in this vicinity, and I want you to help me finish the balancing” roland said with a serious grin to paul, “Boss, no problem, wetin be her name” paul asked, “name for where, I no know her name at all” Roland replied in there manly conversing manner, “Boss you dey fall my hand ooo” paul retorted, “shut up” roland said with a serious expression, “see her” he said pointing at a distance direction, “which one among them” paul asked, “don’t tell me you don’t know my taste”, roland said smiling sheepishly, “consider it done” paul assured, walking toward the direction of the girl…

“Grace see, I saw something now”, beauty said to her friend, “what is it again miss seer”, grace asked mockingly, “should I keep quite or what” beauty said with an angry expression, “no vex, oya talk” “I saw your boyfriend with, “with who” grace shouted cutting beauty short, “with Favour” beauty finished her statement… “My own henry with favour, I don’t think you know what you are saying” grace said, “Ehnn I don’t see clearly again abi, no problem”, beauty said, lying down on the bed, “no not like that but I see no reason my own henry will be with that thrash”, grace replied. “No problem you can go to the school garden and see for yourself”, beauty said, “taarh what” grace said putting on her sandal and in a moment she went out heading to the garden. “That is for taking what does not belong to you” beauty said smiling wickedly.
>>>Desmond was walking in haste but was brought back to his sense when he jam someone on his way, “sorry” he manage to retorted after recovering from the shock, only for him to receive a befitting slap….
>>>Paul was walking majestically to the girl direction but ran in full speed when someone hit the girl, “that is for not using your brain while walking”, paul said after slapping Desmond, desmond faced the person who slapped him but could not do anything it seems his memory is been formatted due to the slap but no he became dumb because he was standing right in front of his misery girl. “Will you disappear before I give you another slap” paul threaten, “oh sorry” Desmond said and ran out of sight even though the girl didn’t remove her gaze from him, “sorry for that miss” paul said to the lady standing in front of him, “thank you” she manage to say, “can I know your name pls”, paul asked trying not to be too forward, “Mary” by name I said and walk out of sight, I just don’t know the reason he did not follow me, but who cares I already hate him for slapping that guy, but he was trying to defend me nah, wait ooo I never sent him mtchwww.

I got into my room as quick as possible trying to recollect what just happen. “No it can’t be, she will be seriously mad at me, the idiot that slap me will seriously pay for it” I said to no one in particular, only for to remember he is Roland right-hander. “Yee am dead, what if he is sent to go talk to that girl, I must not loss this girl to that imbecile”, I bury my face to the pillow recalling the girl face.

“MARY” I repeated the name million times, I don’t know why am feeling strange, it not that the name is that good or lovely like that ooo, but the voice is melodious like the angelic harmony. I am already lost in my own lust for that girl…. I was brought back to life by a tap….. “I have been standing here for the past 10mins, what the problem” Roland said drifting me off my thought, “nothing” I retorted sharply to cover up my feeling, “where the bae nah” he asked, “I will explain later” I said walking away, I no go hear excuse, I heard Roland saying, “Mtchwww” I said….

Why!!!!! I continue crying, I sat on the floor, placed my head on my knee and wept bitterly.
I felt someone presence beside me, someone patted my shoulder but I thought I was hallucinating, I heard my name and I jumped up in fear. Only to see my friend laughing stupidly at me I tried to hide my face not to let her know I was crying but she already saw me “wow I don’t know you can cry like this”, Favour said, and her statement ignite fury in me, I rushed towards her holding her neck but she said something that made me release her from my grip. . “I was only joking”, I release her from my grip immediately, “which one are you joking about” I ask her still angry, “and which one do you think” she fired back laughing, “you better talk before I beat you up”, I retorted, “hey see person wey wan beat, you no dey fear face oooo”, she said, I ran to hit her but she ran and we start chasing ourselves round d compound, after 5mins off long chase, I stopped gasping for breath. “See person wey wan beat me, I pass you no try me again oooo” Favour said trying to mock me. “We shall see” I said smiling not because of anything but because she was still here with me…
“Now tell me” I said to her again, “tell you what” she replied with a serious grin,” what you were joking about” I replied her, “both” she replied sharply, “you better don’t joke with death becos am ready for you” I said jokingly to her, “I was only kidding” Favour retorted…..
That is where I do have problem with people they will not go directly to the point they will be using stupid phrase that can make a mad man madder. Well sha no problem, she opened the door and we walked in.
I collapse on the couch and Favour was laughing sheepishly, “so you believe I will be leaving in an hour time right” Favour asked trying to start that naughty conversation again, “you almost made my dad got angry with me”, I told her, “is he back” she asked, “and did I told you he went out”? I replied her with a question, “haba I knew that, since you came this morning feeling bored, your best accompany is your dad” she said, “hmmm don’t joke with such again” I warned her,       
“Let get going” she said, “Are you mad” I said trying to form anger, “it seems you want me to beat you before that guy sees you abi” I said finishing my statement, “hey which guy is that”? She asked smiling as if she didn’t know who I was referring to, “that guy tha….. I tried to say but was cut short by the sound of a black venza car horn which seems like her father’s own, “your dad is back” I told her, “let get going” she said, I was surprise because I already accept fate that she played prank on me, and now she is telling me to get going… “Ok” I manage to say. She went into her room, drew out her luggage’s, She already change into a smart black jean trouser and a blue top, “go wash your face and apply little makeup, or do you want everybody to know I made the retired army general only daughter cried” she said mockingly, I felt embarrassed by what she said, and i drag my feet into the bathroom……..……..  After applying make-up, we marched out but it was not her dad but her dad driver…
“Good afternoon miss”, the driver guy said, then he collected our bags place it in the car boots
“Afternoon musa” Favour replied him, “that my dad driver” she said to me, “I see” I retorted, “wetin you see again’ Favour asked me smiling sheepishly, “he is New” I said sharply, “and he is cute” she said in a low tone. I was astonished at her last statement but I find no better word to reply her with, I walked into the car and the driver ignite the engine……………..
Phone ringing………………. 8:30pm
Hello a voice said, hello dad, we have gotten to school, and thanks for the other time I said, “Have you seen the money” my dad asked, “hmmm I will check now” I replied him, “ok bye for now” he said…… (Line dead)…………
Drive to school was an adventure and amazing, it got to a point favour asked the driver to pull over which he did without questioning, then she said what surprise me and the driver. Mary come drive she said, I was surprise likewise the driver, I moved to the driver seat with excitement becos I love driving, favour turn on the music louded it to ear deafening, and I ignite the engine again driving madly on the highway, which made the driver to give me the look of I can’t believe this, I can’t drive like this the driver said, then you are a novice favour said to him,. A seven hours drive to school became 5 and half hours, I only came back to my sense by driving normal even stop driving when I almost ran into an oncoming tipper, watch out was the only thing that was echoing in the car…. Favour was already screaming my name, I maintain balance and pull over at the right lane, “you almost killed yourself” musa said, “you almost killed me” favour chipped in sharply, “we almost killed ourselves” I retorted, and we all busted into laughter. I ignite the engine, “not again” musa said, “I will do the driving” favour said still smiling, “no problem” I left the wheel but musa took over, your dad instructed me not to allow you to drive, musa said to favour, “me or who” favour asked jovially, “you better start this car and let move” I said trying to recall what happen earlier, Gosh I almost killed myself…………
  ****PRESENT*****
“Am hungry” favour said as she came out of the bathroom, “you go chop me”, I asked her, “you have start again oooo, I feel like”, favour stopped mid-way without completing her word, “feel like what”, I asked her, “nothing” she reply sharply and bury her face to the pillow….
Driver will be returning first thing tomorrow, he is lounging in a hotel right now. The alert of one hundred thousand entered my phone, but I feel too tired to call my dad back…. After eating we slept off
